My Story

20 years cooking and catering to residential Hotels in San Francisco including various sites in Berkeley, Hayward and Castro valley all in the Bay Area.

I love cooking various types dishes such as: Pastas, potato salad, scalloped potatoes, Mac and Cheese.

Curried Meats: Goat, beef and Chicken; Various fish meals: Salmon Grilled, fried and sautéed. Fish cakes.

My favorite Caribbean staple food is chicken and beef Roti (meat/potatoes folded in a tortilla wrap).

My other hobbies: Are organic exotic juices and beverages; Tamarind, Sour Sop, Passion fruit, Sorrel Lemonade.

I also make delicious Rum Cakes also known as black cake or fruit cake.
